1. About these Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by Westgate Technology Corp dba Robotools Canada (“Robotools Canada,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including all webpages, product pages, service pages, downloadable materials, forms, media, and other content made available through the website (collectively, the “Site”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.

2. About Robotools Canada

Robotools Canada is the business name used by Westgate Technology Corp for its robotics-related business activities. Based on the public website, Robotools Canada offers product procurement, systems integration, training, technical support, and custom software development, along with information about robotics products, consultations, demos, and related business services.

3. Eligibility and acceptable use

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree that you will not:

5. Quotes, consultations, demos, and commercial engagements

Any purchase, lease, rental, deployment, support engagement, integration project, training engagement, or custom software work will be governed by separate written terms, quotations, proposals, invoices, statements of work, service agreements, or other contractual documents, where applicable.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a separate written agreement between you and Robotools Canada, the separate written agreement will control.

6. Product and service availability

Products and services displayed on the Site may not be available in all regions or for all applications. Availability may depend on factors including geography, inventory, manufacturer supply, facility suitability, technical requirements, project scope, scheduling, and regulatory considerations.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or change any product, service, specification, feature, or offering described on the Site at any time without notice.

7. No guarantee of results

Robotics and automation outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including facility layout, workflow design, floor conditions, staffing, infrastructure, maintenance, connectivity, third-party equipment, user training, and operating environment.

Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, Robotools Canada does not guarantee any particular business result or operational outcome, including return on investment, labor savings, throughput, uptime, or performance improvements, from any product or service referenced on the Site.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, designs, layouts, videos, downloads, images, software, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Westgate Technology Corp dba Robotools Canada and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

All third-party trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and product names appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the Site does not grant you any right or license to use them.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to access and use the Site for your own lawful internal business evaluation or personal informational use. No other right or license is granted.
